John Harrison Church of England Primary School

We have a dedicated and focused school council elected from the pupil population.

They hold termly meetings where the year group representatives discuss the issues that matter to the children. They adopt a pragmatic approach to the issues raised and confidently propose actions and solutions to resolve them.

Council meetings are compliant with the standard meeting format with agendas, minutes and actions. The Council are almost entirely self sufficient in managing their meetings and administration.
